Students learn leadership principles and strategies applied to influence and motivate team members toward achieving set personal, professional and entrepreneurial leadership goals in agricultural education, industry, and communities. This is a fully online course. Learning activities for this course may include: individual leadership development project, reflective personal journal portfolio, assessments based on the course content, group/team project or activity, supplemental material review such as videos or voice recorded materials and exemplar student presentations.
